Intelsense AI

.Who we are.

We build the models, then we build what runs on them

Eight years building Bangla speech, language and vision models, and the agentic products that run on them.

.The gap.

The people who most needed the technology were the ones it served worst

Intelsense AI started in 2018 to close a gap. Almost every speech and language tool in the world worked in English first and treated everything else as a long tail. In Bangladesh that meant the people who most needed the technology were the ones it served worst.

So we built the long tail ourselves. Eight years on, the Bangla speech, language and vision stack is ours outright: Ekush LLM, SenseVoice for recognition, SenseSpeech for synthesis. Not licensed from a vendor, and not fine-tuned on top of somebody else's base model. That distinction is the reason we can run inside a bank's own data centre, and the reason nobody can price us out of our own technology.

.How it fits together.

Three models, one stack, four products

What sits on top of the stack has changed. We began with transcription and voice interfaces. Today we build agents that do the work: finding customers, opening accounts, reading handwritten paperwork, and running a back office with a human approving anything that leaves the building.

Because we own the models rather than calling out to somebody else's API, we can deploy inside your perimeter. For a bank that is usually the whole decision.

Three models under four productsEkush LLM and SenseVoice both feed into One owned stack, which produces Four products and On premise.Ekush LLMlanguageSenseVoicerecognitionOne owned stackSenseSpeech includedFour productsin the fieldOn premiseyour perimeter
Every product on this site runs on the same three models. That is why capability earned on one surface shows up on the others, and why the deployment guarantee holds for all of them.

.How it happened.

Each one was a component. What we ship now is what happens when you assemble them

It began with a speech research team in 2018 and a question nobody had a good answer to: why could a machine understand English but not Bangla? The first five years went into the hard, unglamorous part: acoustics, corpora, and models that hold up on a bad phone line.

SenseVoice made transcription work for Bangla in 2020. The Walton voice controller put a Bangla model on a Raspberry Pi in 2021. Ekush LLM, the country's first Bangla large language model, arrived in 2024.

.Who it is for.

Six industries, chosen because they share a shape

High volume, high language dependency, and a back office nobody has been able to automate. Banking and fintech, real estate, telecom, BPO and call centres, education consultancy, and hospitality.

Underneath them, the research focus has not changed since 2018: large language models, speech recognition, speech synthesis and document vision, for languages the global platforms treat as an afterthought.

The point of all of it is that access to technology should never be decided by which language you happen to speak. Most speech and language systems are built for European languages first, and for people across Asia, the Middle East and Africa that means the software works second-best or not at all. A customer should be able to open a bank account by speaking, in the language they think in, and never see a form.

A Childhood Dream Realized

IntelsenseAI Founded

Tracing back to our Founder's childhood aspirations, he always wanted to build something that learns intuitively, something more than a calculator - something that could solve all the problems he could not find the answers to.

His passion for overcoming language barriers led to assembling a Speech Research team and founding Intelsense AI Research in 2018.

Research & Explore Voice Technology

Voice Technology Research

Intelsense AI founded by speech scientists, NLP researchers, software engineers and machine learning experts, to build ASR technology.

The goal was to make speech recognition more accessible and accurate for businesses and committed to facilitating an inclusive world in which people's access to technology is not limited by their native language.

Country's First Ever Voice Transcription Platform

Launching SenseVoice

For the first time in the history of Bangladesh, SenseVoice is a transcription platform where any user can input any Bengali or English audio or video file to automatically generate text from the speech found in the uploaded files.

We received feedback from global users including researchers from Google, World Bank, Amazon, and Asian Development Bank. Thousands of members have started to use our products to solve their daily pain points for free.

Successfully Delivered the POC of Bangla Voice Controller Module with Walton & Launches TTS Product

Bangla Voice Controller

Intelsense built a speech recognition model small enough to run on a Raspberry Pi Zero or a Pi 3B.

The Bangla Voice Controller Module lets people operate their Walton air conditioners by speaking Bangla to them.

Voice Search Platform for E-commerce | Automated Retail and SME of a Private Bank

Launches AirVoice

AirVoice is a voice search platform for e-commerce, built for customers who would rather shop by picture and voice command than by typing.

Alongside the e-commerce work, Intelsense is working with private banks to put voice assistants into their operations.

From Speech To Language

Building The Language Layer

Five years of speech research gave us the acoustics. What Bangla still lacked was a language model that understood it natively rather than as a translation target, and a synthetic voice worth listening to.

Both became products the following year. Building them in house, rather than fine-tuning somebody else's base model, is the decision the rest of the portfolio now rests on.

  • Ekush LLM in development

A Bangla large language model trained on our own corpus.

  • SenseSpeech in development

Neural text to speech with natural Bangla prosody.

2024

Country's First Bangla Large Language Model

Ekush LLM

Ekush LLM launched as the first Bangla large language model built in Bangladesh, covered by The Financial Express, Dhaka Tribune, Prothom Alo and Asian TV.

With SenseSpeech alongside it, the stack was complete: speech in, language in the middle, speech back out. Every product we have shipped since runs on these models.

  • Ekush LLM

Country's first Bangla large language model.

  • SenseSpeech

Neural TTS, launched alongside the language model.

  • 92% Bangla accuracy

On our own speech benchmark, across 41+ languages.

  • Owned outright

Not licensed, and not fine-tuned on someone else's base.

From Models To Agents

UniSense AI Goes Live

The models became a workforce. UniSense AI shipped with six agents covering the full customer lifecycle: find, convert, onboard, retain, support and collect. They share one view of the customer, so nothing is lost in a handoff.

It went live across real estate, education and immigration, and internet service providers, which is where the ARR lift figures on this site were measured.

  • Six lifecycle agents

One shared context object travels the whole journey.

  • Three industries live

Real estate, education and immigration, and ISPs.

Four Products, One Stack

The Agentic Portfolio

AirVoice became FinSense AI, an agentic operating system for banking that handles both the customer conversation and the paperwork behind it. AIHubspot opened every frontier model on one subscription priced in taka. Altercrew entered early preview as a governed digital back office built with RunAgent.

Four products, each solving a different half of how a business runs, all of them running on the Bangla speech and language stack we spent eight years building.

  • FinSense AI

Formerly AirVoice. Conversational banking and document processing.

  • AIHubspot

Every major model on one bill. Live: chat, agents, API.

  • Altercrew

Governed digital back office. Early preview, with RunAgent.

  • UniSense AI
